This is why I don’t take pictures of my food. What is actually a couple of tiny blackened lamb chops with a mango chutney salsa, turns out to be a huge pile o’ glistening meat.
Anyway they were yummy, and one of my favorite once in a blue moon go to dishes. (Side spinach salad not pictured.)
